About me

After surviving a traumatic incident, I wanted to help others who may be facing trauma, or other life struggles and challenges. A former personal trainer, I am used to helping others accomplish their health goals.  I received my master's in psychology from Yorkville University and combine that knowledge with real life lived experiences.  It would be my pleasure to assist you anyway I can.
